Sponsors - Please use the form below to upload a high resolution logo, which we will use on event signage, our website, and, if eligible, on marketing materials. Also upload your full color high resolutions artwork for the souvenir program booklet. (10 inches high x 8 inches wide, except for Bronze, which is 5 inches high x 8 inches wide - we prefer .pdf or .jpg format)  Please include your business name and sponsorship level in the message section.

Vendors and Exhibitors - Food vendors must upload an insurance certificate naming Unified Committee for Afro-American contributions as co-insured. Non profit exhibitors must upload their IRS Letter of Determination, unless we already have this document on file. Please include your business name in the message section and any specific site needs such as electricity, site size, and/or desired site placement.
